First Tomato! Strawberries! Asparagus! Rhubarb! ZUCCHINI!

One of the zucchini volunteers has produced a splendid squash.  Another has four.  These grew from seeds in our compost.

Ron and I each had a yellow cherry tomato today.  Sweet!

Laura made a delicious rhubarb-quinoa pudding, and some of the rhubarb came from our garden.

Pizza, salad and roasted kale for supper.

Between us, we made three separate trips to Stop & Shop today.  This is organization, so I’ve been told.  I was curious about the performer at the new Mashpee Commons stage, so that was the initial motivation, then I remembered that we were out of bagels and I wanted a snack for tomorrow.

Turned on the whole house fan to cool things down.  Temp in the kitchen went from 78 to 71.

I am looking forward to having money again, soon.  Hoping for rain tomorrow.
