Sunday, Watering

Our New York Times showed up this morning.

Up at 4:30.  I watered the back lawn; the rhodies; the corner garden; the herb garden; the small grass garden with Crocosmia bulbs.  Did a small wash.

Picked up some pesticide at Scenic Roots to treat the rhody, which may be infested with Black Vine Weevil, and some BOGO vegetables for Laura, including tomatoes, a pepper plant, zuccini and a cuke.  Dropped off the septic payment.  Drove back to Edgewater to pick up their transfer station stuff.  Chatted briefly with Laura and Joe and then Tony.

Did the transfer station run with Ron.  Picked up a few groceries at Stop & Shop.

After falling asleep in my chair, I lay in the hammock for a few with a towel on my eyes and earphones on.

PowWow is pretty much done for this year.

Except for Ron’s mishap last night, it’s been a fine weekend.
