Easy Sunday

It snowed last night but warmed up by morning, so everything was wet and a bit rainy when I got up to fetch the Times and make coffee.

I was a cranky mess, fretting about money and my leg hurt.  Feeling much better after giving my leg a rest and watching “American Horror Story”, Season 3 this afternoon/evening.

Ron is doing chairs and getting into other mischief in WH.

I just put a salmon filet and a not-quite-too-far-gone acorn squash in the oven.

Got laundry, sheets and transfer station run done.  Ron re-hung the first terrarium and I finally finished the second.  Ron is about finished with the repair of the sideboard.

Got the holiday lights off the bushes and downstairs, ready to be put away whenever I find the box.

I planted stakes for burlap around two of the new bushes.  Ron picked up a hatchet so we can sharpen stakes for two more.  Supposed to get very cold tomorrow night, so setting these up is a priority for tomorrow.  It took me forever to get my mind set on how to do this, but I think four stakes in a box shape should work fine.  Fortunately, we don’t have to buy extra materials for this.

Conni dropped off the draft Sea Mist sale docs.
