“Death by Chocolate” Jazz

I asked Ron if we could leave the Falmouth Democrat Town Committee meeting before it even started.

I was horrified to find that most of the O-F Steering Committee are members.

I was so aggravated by the close-minded attitude, rampant disinformation and self-centered whining that I feared getting into a fist fight – on local television.

Ron was gracious enough to bring us home so that I could go to the annual “Death by Chocolate” jazz concert at Barnstable High School.  It’s an elegant event with a red and black theme, set up like a jazz club with cafe tables and plates of exquisite desserts.  There are some accomplished musicians there: a vocal jazz ensemble, the string orchestra, the jazz lab, and the jazz combo.  I especially enjoyed the jazz ensemble.  Even won a gift certificate to Pain d’Avignon!

Ron stayed home and watched a Japanese martial arts film.
