Finished cleaning up the corner garden this morning and worked on gardens in the back and on the side yesterday.
Dug up a pile of spider plants that look horrible and spread like weeds.
Finished weeding the “rhubarb” garden and got about halfway through the birch tree garden yesterday. Happy to see that a few strawberry plants survived last year’s culling.
That leaves the “bean” garden and the “onion” garden. I haven’t touched the new one yet, either, but it just needs a fence.
Ron dragged out his compressor and worked on vehicle, wheelbarrow and hose cart tires yesterday. Then he straightened out the hose and rewound it. Surprise, surprise, his back is killing him today.
We watched two Holocaust-related films this week, “Remember” and “Denial”.
