I smashed the Keurig coffee carafe today and picked up a replacement at Eastman’s that I hope will work. Stopped at Jack in the Beanstalk and a little farmstand on the way.
Made tapioca yesterday and a squash/corn/black bean/tomato/quinoa casserole today. Burnt the squash and the quinoa, but was able to retrieve enough to make it work.
