Closet, Potatoes, Easter

Ron and I finished the closet today, painted the inside white and left the outer wall for the Cohens.

We saved a lot of money doing the mudding, sanding, priming and painting ourselves, but oh, our aching arms, legs and backs!

Planted the potatoes in a 12 inch tall “found” container. Added some soil acidifier and put it in the cold frame.

Ron suggested we go to the grocery store this morning for closet hangers and on impulse, I picked up a ham for Easter dinner. Good thing, too, the store closed early today. Transfer station was open, though.

Yesterday, I finished spreading the Step 1 Jonathan Brown at Edgewater. Even after doing both the front and back yard a second time, I still had about a quarter cup left.
