Friday Five

I’m not inspired by this week’s Friday Five, so I’ve made up my own.

1. What was your best moment this week?
The phonecall from the Cape Cod Symphony office telling me that someone turned in my beloved McLean tartan scarf, lost at last Sunday’s matinee.
2. What was the most professionally rewarding?
When a person who heretofore has not been especially supportive sent a great email inviting me to speak at a conference.
3. What was the funniest?
A photo sent by a friend of 4 snowmen in NY state “playing cards” on the deck.
4. Who would you most like to see?
My granddaughter, Emmeline. My oldest grandchild, Bob, is special because he was the first, and James, the youngest, is a bundle of 3 year old love, but Emme is the one I have the most fun with because we like the same things. For that reason, I miss her the most.
5. What was the hardest thing you accomplished this week?
Probably a draw between overcoming my fear by successfully installing a CDR drive and getting through a 12-hour marathon yesterday which ended too late, aw shucks, for me to see Tammy Lee get canned from “The Apprentice”. Amy rules.
