Checked out Peter’s new mailbox, provided by a decent soul who knocked over the old one some time yesterday. We loaded his trash and recyclables onto the truck.
Having found the receipt (in my pocketbook), we brought our request for price matching to Mill Store for a credit and picked up a (bad) heat lamp bulb at Home Depot. Did some food shopping.
Loaded our trash and recyclables and did the transfer station run.
We raked the area in front of the fence and put away the Autumn decorations, including James’ pumpkin, which is composting in the back.
I made a version of the train wreck casserole we had in Jaffrey for supper; leftovers for lunch, fish that didn’t taste that great but didn’t poison us, either.
