It’s almost the end of “normal” business hours for CapeCoder’s first day back in business, full-time.
“We” are off to a good start.
Here’s what happened:
Set up a phone interview next month with a reporter from Boston Business Journal about tech companies founded when NASDAQ peaked in early 2000.
Went on a sales call, a referral from a colleague. May be nothing, could be a monster project.
Set up an appointment for tomorrow with an intellectual property attorney about an encroachment on my domain and company name.
Squared away some service charge issues on my company bank account.
Answered an enthusiastic email from a client who is very pleased that “we” are back full-time.
Received a check (!) from same client.
Downloaded the eBay web services SDK and enrolled in their developer program.
Even with dealing with a car issue (a bad fuse that caused the shift column to lock), it was not a bad day – not bad at all.
