Why, oh, why, oh, why are the organizers of today’s Washington, DC rally against the war in Iraq offering the podium to Jesse Jackson and Jane Fonda?
\nI guess it could have been worse: they could have invited Michael “N-word” Richards and the latest anti-Semite to crawl out of the closet, former civil rights leader and Ambassador to the UN, Andrew Young.
\nNow, if they’d gotten Charlton Heston, _that_ would have been a PR coup.<\/p>
\nOff topic only slightly, I have been a Charlton Heston fan since watching that shameful, disrespectful interview by Michael Moore of the gracious, courtly, but obviously failing Mr. Heston in “Bowling for Columbine”.
