\nA Texas jury wished that the law permitted a verdict of “Insane and Guilty” in the Andrea Yates trial, a thoroughly sensible conclusion. One wonders why the going-to-hell-in-a-handbasket criminal justice system in this country doesn’t recognize the logic.
\nBob was 11 yesterday, and is scheduled for an overnight starting this evening.
\nPeter is in California and expecting to meet some of his father’s extended family today.
\nI am done with crossing bridges for a while, my contract in Plymouth having concluded yesterday. Several colleagues took me to lunch, and I received some good-bye hugs, totally unexpected and very appreciated.
\nI also got what was apparently a very good reference, which resulted in a job offer yesterday. Details to follow. I am finding the idea of being able to live AND work on the Cape an adjustment.
