Maybe it&#8217;ll be another rainless summer, all humidity, no real precipitation.<\/p><p><!--more--><br \/>\nHad a quiet holiday, did a lot of paperwork, some laundry, a little coding, food shopping, visits with neighbors, a trip to one of the local garden centers under new ownership and planting of bargains thereafter, Gazanias ($5 for a flat), a couple of Plumbagos, a Foxglove.<br \/>\nMashpee&#8217;s fireworks are scheduled for tomorrow night; we&#8217;ll see if the weather holds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No thunderstorms, in fact, no rain of any kind yesterday, which was nice for fireworks and not so great for the gardens.
