\nNot only are their prices excellent – for example, $5.49 for a 36-pack of Poland Springs – but their customer service is, well, unbelievable.
\nThe checkout person was having trouble with his scanner, and now that I’m unwinding from my day, I discovered while reviewing my receipt that I’d been charged twice for a 4-pack of KoolAid Jammers.
\nThese are priced, by the way, at $6.19. At the supermarket, it’d be $10.00.
\nI never figured that they’d make good on the error, but their Customer Service desk said on the phone that all I have to do is bring in my receipt to their Membership desk the next time I’m in, and they’d take care of it.
