{"id":18862,"date":"2022-11-18T07:00:18","date_gmt":"2022-11-18T12:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecapeblog.com\/?p=18862"},"modified":"2022-11-18T07:00:18","modified_gmt":"2022-11-18T12:00:18","slug":"restricted-covenant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecapeblog.com\/?p=18862","title":{"rendered":"Restricted Covenant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The lawyers found a restricted covenant on our lot that was originally issued by the Planning Board to be released in 1989 but was never recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their solution was to ask the Town Planner for a letter stating that the covenant will be released at the next Planning Board meeting in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m not thrilled that this came up so late in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ron missed two doctor appointments yesterday.
