Deep freeze last night.\u00a0 Nasturtiums did not survive.\u00a0 Kale did.<\/p>

Went to 3 store samplings:\u00a0 Roche, Windfall and Whole Foods.\u00a0 Windfall was the best.\u00a0 Came home with some nice treats.<\/p>

Alpha came with me to Hyannis.\u00a0 We stopped at the mall after Whole Foods.\u00a0 Their tasting ended early, at 2:15 or so, not 4 as advertised, so good that we went first.<\/p>

Egg, kale and avocado sandwiches for supper.\u00a0 Plenty of ice cream and cookies for dessert!\u00a0 We ate ourselves into happy oblivion last night on 50% off Halloween chocolate from Roche.<\/p>
