\nSeems to me that the descriptions – the most recent of which have been censored for fear of offending voters’ delicate sensibilities – read pretty much like a report of conditions in a lot of American prisons, not to mention an average day’s police blotter in any major American city.
\nI’m talking about sleep deprivation, rape, sexual molestation of minor children, shackling, beatings, humiliation, abuse of authority.
