Ron confessed that the horrific scars on his hands are from poison ivy. \u00a0He came in contact with it when he was cleaning up the roadside.<\/p>
His boss insisted that he stay home today and tomorrow. \u00a0We think that his wearing heavy gloves at work made the condition worse.<\/p>
I helped Ron keep busy with chores, and he thought up a couple himself, so it wasn’t a wasted day by any means. \u00a0He drove Alpha to work, mowed the back lawn, drove to Waquoit Garden for mulch, picked up and deposited his paycheck and dropped me off at Christ the King so I could donate blood. \u00a0I got a gallon pin and hope it wasn’t a mistake.<\/p>
Ron also\u00a0repaired a damaged hose and connected it\u00a0so that we can water in two locations at the same time.<\/p>
I broke my vow to not shop at Roche and picked up “steam table” food for supper. \u00a0It was surprisingly good, and I got to see\u00a0La Tavola, which was happening next door.<\/p>
Unplugged the bathroom sink yesterday.<\/p>
