Checks

We received refund checks for Edgewater overpayments to the mortgage and insurance companies.

The first remote deposit didn’t work, so I made a couple of trips to the bank and did walks around both sections of Mashpee Commons.

As is to be expected, very few people were wearing masks.

Did more yardwork yesterday, especially in the front. Beds are looking much better.

Ordered cowslip seeds from a company on Etsy. Love primrose, hope these really are perennials. We’ll find out next year and the year after.

We did a transfer station run and got rid of trash, but recycling was closed.

Rain, Wind

Yesterday was foul so we stayed inside.

Did some exercises with small hand weights and chair yoga. Walked in place during BBCNews America. Heated up sweet red pepper/gouda soup with turnip for lunch. Salad-plus for supper.

River Bend, Chocolate Pudding

I pried Ron out of the house for a walk at the River Bend conservation area. Made chocolate pudding for his “reward”.

Also made stir fry and quinoa for lunch.

Cut down another big grass and did some more raking. Tomorrow is not going to be a good day to work outside. I have a little left in the front but otherwise the yard is in pretty good shape.

Planted the pansies from yesterday’s trip to Soares in the flower boxes. Did two shopping trips yesterday and drove Robert home from work.
