Another Good Walk

I dropped off leaves at the transfer station, early enough so that there wasn’t a line, and parked at Roche, figuring to walk to the Wampanoag Government Center.

I didn’t quite make it, but managed over 7,000 steps in about an hour and a half. Years ago, someone posted whimsical items on telephone poles and although I’ve driven on that road many times, I’ve not appreciated them until today.

I was fortunate enough to miss the rain – it poured later on – and to find an exquisite walking trail to the Mashpee River.

Ron did two loads of laundry. No cooking for me today, but we had plenty of leftovers.
